Responsible management and holistic execution of construction projects up to turnkey transfer Accompanying the entire planner team in coordination with the project development Support in the calculation and settlement of construction projects to ensure economic viability and the tendering, awarding, coordination and settlement of subcontracting services Support of all persons involved in the project (customers, authorities, residents, etc.) Ensuring project control and opportunities, risk and contract management as well as building supervision

Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable degree Multiannual professional experience as project/construction manager or construction technician (m/w/d) Good knowledge of construction contracting and procurement law Willingness to take responsibility as well as an independent and dedicated way of working Ideal experience in handling iTWO Good knowledge of the MS office and a class B driving licence
