Team Leader IT Operations & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Technical and organizational management of the IT Operations & Infrastructure team Ensuring stable, secure and efficient operation of the entire IT infrastructure at our sites Responsibility for the operation and development of server, network, cloud and workplace infrastructures Planning, control and implementation of infrastructure projects and technological developments Ensuring the availability, performance and security of all central IT systems and services Control and coordination of external service providers and maintenance of strategic partner relationships Further development of operations, monitoring and security processes according to current best practices Support in the selection, introduction and optimization of new technologies, systems and infrastructure components Responsibility for incident, change and problem management in the infrastructure environment Promoting the professional and personal development of the team and active design of a modern IT operation culture

Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT support, ideally with leadership experience Knowledge of Windows environments, network technology and IT security Communication strength, organizational talent and hands-on mentality Team spirit and the ability to motivate and develop people
