IT Support Employee / IT Allrounder – Achstetten bei Ulm (m/f/d)

IT infrastructure of locations and construction sites in Germany on site (notebooks, mobile devices, network, infrastructure). Maintenance & admin activities in IT infrastructure in coordination with external IT support and Group IT management. (e.g. maintenance of mailing lists, matching of user objects and permissions). Material management and inventory of IT hardware. Application support (e.g. experience with ACAD or Bentley of advantage). Maintenance of the telephone system (telephone books, side office maintenance, updates) and administration Mobile Device Management (MDM). Coordination of foreign companies (relocation, reconnection, technicians). Receipt of tenders and audits. Support for IT projects within the Powerlines Group.

Complete training with IT focus (e.g. specialist informatics, computer scientist /-wife, IT businessman /-wife, computer science, business informatics, ...) or comparable qualification in the IT field. You bring several years of professional experience in the IT field with (e.g. network infrastructure, server environments, support, mobile device management MDM / mobile device support, IT security Special / Cybersecurity) or have already worked in a comparable function (IT administrator, system administrator, IT all-rounder, IT system engineer, IT system integrator, ...). Experience in IT support (1st and/or 2nd level) and high service orientation. Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems in the client/server area. Knowledge and experience in MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, InTune /Entra ID as well as SCCM as well as Powershell desirable. Knowledge of network technologies. Safe handling of MS Office package / Office 365 / MS teams. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Self-employment, high problem-solving competence and very good communication behaviour. We require readiness to travel throughout the federal territory and driving licence B.
