Architect / Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

You actively participate in the further development of our internal planning and BIM processes You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of our BIM models with Autodesk Revit and ensure data quality You take over the development and introduction of new working methods and processes that go beyond the typical tasks of an architectural office You develop concepts for design, execution and occupation planning You are actively responsible for the creative design of workplace models and with your plan for the best possible basis for the functionality of our office space and are competent contact persons for internal and external interfaces You take the planning of our administrative sites into account the common standards and guidelines (DIN, ASR, GaVo) By constantly developing plan content for a continuous improvement of the information content of our real estate stock In implementing new planning software and developing planning models, You are responsible for implementing external planning to major building projects in our internal system landscape You bring your know-how into programs like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to develop graphic concepts for presentations and visualizations

You have a successful degree in architecture/construction engineering or a similar qualification You are ideally already bringing professional experience as an architect (m/w/d) or civil engineer (m/w/d) You have good knowledge in building and planning law as well as in the recognised rules of technology You have good knowledge of standard commercial software (AutoCAD, Revit, Office applications) ideally also in the 3D modelling to create BIM models You are a proactive person who likes to work independently and enjoys actively shaping and driving processes You bring entrepreneurial thinking and action, high service and cost awareness with communication strength and team spirit are of course for you, as working with internal interfaces is an essential part of your daily work You bring a high level of creativity and creative skills
