Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Magdeburg You are a contact person for location management, executives and specialist trainers in terms of planning and implementing training concepts. The support of the specialist trainers during training and workshops is also one of your activities. Your range of tasks includes the analysis and optimization of existing training concepts and the derivation of measures. In addition, you identify area-specific training needs and, in close cooperation with managers and relevant stakeholders, develop specific solutions to necessary work standards and establish new (digital) learning formats. To do this, you take the monitoring and analysis of the quality results and take appropriate measures in cooperation with the specialist and communication trainers and at the same time ensure the sustainability of your work. A need-oriented orientation and consultation of employees to improve their services are also part of your activities.

Training: completed vocational training and several years of experience in training, ideally trainer training and coaching experience Experiences and know-how: very good communicative and analytical skills, safe handling of MS-Office and didactic know-how, presentation and moderation skills Motivation: Enthusiasm for the field of training and process analysis and interest in specialist knowledge placement Personality: independent, structured working with high self-motivation, high degree of empathy and self-reflection
