Strategic risk management: You are responsible for the further development of our Risk & Fraud strategy and ensure the perfect balance between effective fraud prevention and smooth customer journey in checkout. KPI-Monitoring: You keep track of key figures such as acceptance rate, conversion rate and downfall rates, and take steps to prevent fraud from analyzing our reports. This ensures compliance with our budget goals. Service provider control: You tax our external service providers for risk and fraud management as well as debt collection & get the most out of cooperation. Projects & Innovation: the continuous optimization of our processes is your focus, you take projects and check the use of new technologies and solutions. Team & Interfaces: You are gearing your strategic orientation with operational tasks in the team and working closely with adjacent areas such as customer service or IT. In the case of innovations, you derive the relevance for your area of responsibility.

Your background: You have a successfully completed study in the field of economics, eCommerce or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring 1–2 years of experience in risk or fraud management – ideally in the eCommerce environment – and communicate very well in German in word and writing. Your profile: You draw through strong interest in analytical tasks and go routined with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). First points of contact with Fraud Management dashboards or Salesforce are advantageous in order to quickly capture and evaluate data based on solutions. Your work: You work structured, convince with a high level of sense of responsibility and motivation and bring true joy to the collaborative work in the team.
