You advise and support our customers in implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors, in particular in the area of Compensation & Variable Pay, by analyzing and evaluating requirements Also the presentation of best practices, the implementation of workshops and the independent configuration of the modules are your tasks You plan and coordinate the project activities and agree closely with project management and adjacent areas (e.g. platform, interfaces) You actively contribute to the professional development of the team, develop new topics and share your knowledge In addition, you support our customers in the processing of specific enquiries and support your team members in the technical development of customer offers and presentations In this position you work predominantly hybrid, regular service trips are not required

You have completed your studies in (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training In addition to a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, you bring extensive project and consulting experience with Optimally, you have additional certifications in another SAP SuccessFactors module, preferably in Succession, Development or in-depth cross-module knowledge in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite You are trained to transfer customer requirements to SuccessFactor's data models and the corresponding objects Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
