Finding and accompanying talents: From initial contact to the commitment, you will accompany the entire recruiting process for trainees, DH students, interns: inside and working students with a view to the appropriate talents. Support selection process: In selection tests, conversations and in the preparation of contracts, you actively participate and get insights into the creation of recruiting decisions. Be a contact person: For applicants, departments and external partners, you are a clear, friendly and reliable contact point and keep an overview of all concerns. Plan internship formats: You organize and accompany internship-related events such as regular tables or teaching discussions and introduce their own ideas to develop the formats. Promote special topics: In special projects, you take on your own subtasks and introduce your perspective.

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, for example in Business Administration, Media Economics, Economics or Business Psychology, and have already successfully completed the basic study. Engaged and curious: New tasks are addressed with motivation, creativity and a quick understanding and work independently on topics. The team convinces: With clear communication, team spirit and a structured way of working, you contribute effectively to cooperation. Bringing Office-Skills: MS Office is part of everyday life for you – and you use the programs securely and structured. Immatrikulation given: You are registered at a university throughout the internship period.
