Service Technician - Plant Mechanic SHK / Customer Service (m/f/d)

As a technical expert for our exclusive products and cleanets, you take on the independent maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting directly from our customers on site. You carry out commissioning on your own, accompany project assembly and introduce our customers professionally into the installation and operation. You document your service assignments and complaint cases precisely in our computer systems and actively participate in the analysis of fault causes in order to continuously improve our product quality. In close cooperation with the sales service and the customer service, you ensure smooth and customer-oriented service processing. You represent our brand through the CI-compliant installation of our products in showrooms as well as at trade fairs and soar for a professional performance.

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic (m/w/d) for sanitary, heating and climate engineering or even a master title in this field. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the SHK craft, ideally in direct customer contact or in the field service. As a flagship at our customers, you convince by your pronounced service orientation and communication strength. You are safe to use MS Office and bring a general IT affinity to our computer systems. You speak fluent German (C1) and can also communicate well in English. A class B driving licence and the accompanying readiness to travel in the Augsburg region are of course for you.
