Team Leader Motor Vehicle Damage Case Support (m/f/d)

Become a team leader in the operational damage area and take responsibility with your team for the handling of KFZ damages.

With your team you belong to the property insurance department and ensure customer-oriented and entrepreneurial damage processing. Your team is working independently complex KFZ-Schäden - in close technical coordination with the specialist department. You take over the leadership and further development of a team in the Kraftfahrt-Schaden Fallbegleitung at the Cologne site. You will ensure the operational planning and the telephone availability of your team. You control the quantities of new and existing damage and maintain quality and efficiency in mind. You accompany the professional development of your employees and ensure a structured integration into changing tasks. You recognize change needs and, together with your team, implement measures as part of the transformation. You ensure a high quality of work and get involved in projects and special topics.

Training: You have a (incoming:r) team manager: in the KFZ-Schaden a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a study, e.g. in insurance, BWL, economic law or economic psychology, or a further training as an insurance specialist or business economist. Professional experience: You bring experience in operating KFZ damage management, are familiar with common damage systems (e.g. Guidewire, SAP) as well as relevant rules such as AKB, VVG and liability law and have ideally collected first points of contact with leadership. Communication competence: You can convey complex damage contents in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner and perform empathically and convincingly with respect to customers, employees and interfaces. Transformation: You bring openness to digital developments, use data and tools for better decision-making and have the right to actively shape changes in the damage environment. Self-organization: You work structured, prioritize tasks autonomously and keeps an overview even with high utilisation to make informed decisions. Management competence: You have the potential to develop and motivate a team, give orientation and take responsibility for results - with clarity and empathy.
