Processing of credit requests from our customers from our own stationary sales as well as from intermediaries and financing platforms Auditing of financial statements and recognition of credit risks Fixing the loan value and collateral assessments You make credit decisions within your credit authorization competence You create policy templates and control credit decisions and credit withdrawals You create proper and timely credit and collateral contracts They work with projects

You have completed your training as a banker (m/w/d) They ideally have a multi-year experience in the private building finance business They possess decision-making knowledge of credit analysis and already have a corresponding credit authorization competence Your skills include engagement and a structured way of working Knowledge of borrowing value determination is advantageous You are customer- and service-oriented and like to work independently in the team
