MEIKO Deutschland GmbH is the German sales and service organization of the globally operating MEIKO Group with over 500 employees across Germany and the headquarters in Offenburg.

For our Offenburg location we are now looking for full-time backup. Organization and coordination of trade fairs and customer events close coordination with internal trade fair construction, external service providers and internal specialist departments Control of schedules, budgets and project sequences Conception of trade fair activities and visitor activations Pre- and post-processing of events incl. Success evaluation Conception and implementation of invitation lines (e-mail, print, social media) and follow-up actions Planning to implement sales actions and campaigns Creation of flyers, sales documents and promotional materials Processing of marketing requests from sales Close operational cooperation with the external service

Complete degree in marketing, communication or a comparable qualification or completed training as an event businesswoman 1-2 years of professional experience in event or exhibition management desirable Organizational talent, independent working and high operational readiness Creativity, communication strength and team spirit Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with marketing tools
