These are your tasks Management and further development of the team for digital service solutions and tools within the customer service Further development of the digital ecosystem MyLiebherr in coordination with other 'stakeholders' within the Liebherr plant Ehingen Ensuring professional customer support for all digital products of the Liebherr plant Ehingen Responsibility for a cross-channel uniform and high-quality customer service experience Representation of the Business Unit Liebherr-Werk Ehingen in cross-species working groups (including MyLiebherr) Strategic development of digital communication channels between customer and customer service (e.g. chat, email, chatbots, MyLH, tickets) Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as IT, product management and technical office to improve digital service processes selection, introduction and further development of suitable technologies (e.g. AI-based support systems) Monitoring and analysis of KPIs (e.g. using digital channels and MyLH) Support for digitalization of internal service processes and automation of standard requests Budget-responsibility, resource planning and organisational structure of the area- with a clear view for business, efficiency, quality and sustainability Control of external service providers in the context of digital support solutions
