Praktikant Human Resources (m/w/d) During your internship, you work independently on various projects and actively support the local HR team in operational personnel work. You help the HR business partner:inside with the advice of executives around the employee-life cycle and assists, among other things, in the implementation of individual personal measures You check compliance with operating arrangements for working time issues (e.g. shift planning and call management) You support HR-Business partners:inside when working up work law cases and accompany work court appointments You prove network qualities through close cooperation with different business areas and works councils You take on your own responsibility the organization of changing projects in various areas (e.g. work security/ diversity) You will get insights into the internal recruiting process for the internship in the HR field (safety of application documents, participation in interviews and preparation of onboarding) And you actively shape our Vodafone Spirit.

What distinguishes you: You're either immatricated or just in a Gap Year. You study economics or a comparable discipline with the focus on staff with good academic performance, preferably in the higher semester. You drive forward projects with good knowledge of how to use MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical and strategic thinking Communication strength, a high degree of self-employment and a fast conception Interest in labour law issues and their specific application Great fun in organizational activities and feeling of fingertips in dealing with people You speak German and English fluently.
