Our Lean team is growing – and we are currently looking for support for a current project in Hamburg.

Your tasks

Integration and further development of Lean methods in construction project control Consultation of project teams and builders to optimize processes and processes and develop tailor-made solutions for construction and business processes Application and moderation of Lean Methods (e.g. Last Planner System, Tactics, Process Analysis) in the project context Support of project management in appointment, cost and quality objectives through efficient process design Own implementation of workshops and training for project participants (builders, planners, exporting companies) Identification of potential improvement along the entire project duration Participation in the further development of our methods, standards and consulting approaches

Complete studies in civil engineering (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, civil management, industrial engineering) 3–5 years of professional experience in Lean Management in the construction field, ideally related to project management or consulting Experience in cooperation with various project participants (planning, execution, building site) Safe in handling lean methods in the construction project (e.g. clock planning, LPS, KVP) Embossed communication and moderation capability Structured, solution-oriented operation and safe occurrence Interest in holistic project optimization from control perspective
