WG 5 is a special housing community in our house: here senior citizens live with disabilities, which we accompany on their way of becoming older and where people with disabilities can become older. WG 5 focuses on the care of the inhabitants. An important part of this is nonverbal communication and a dementia-sensitive accompaniment integrated into daily care. As a nursing professional, you have the opportunity to introduce care professionally, develop and lead the team – with time, quality and space for new ideas. You carry out various tasks in all areas of daily life; from pedagogical assistance to nursing activities regardless of your professional experience You care for respectful dealing with clients and work with everyone in the team at eye level You ensure participation and implement the client's wishes and needs You can find resources at clients, yourself and your environment You contribute significantly to maintaining client skills and are creative when it comes to eliminating barriers You create space and time to achieve goals

You have a completed training as a health and nursing workerin, curative caregiverin, educatorin, physiotherapistin, ergotherapeut*in or a comparable qualification You are reliable and committed You have your heart on the right spot You are ready to share your knowledge and learn new things You are stressful and keep calm and patience even in challenging situations
