In order to be able to produce our highly sophisticated products, it requires a variety of processes and software tools, which are heavily interwoven and make our complex dependencies manageable. These processes must be developed, modeled data flows and software developments must be coordinated and supported. This is exactly what we do – and we are looking for reinforcement!

As a researcher in process data management (m/w/x) you will: analyse manufacturing processes in their overall context and develop suitable, practical data management solutions based on them, continuously improve and respond to development projects and users

strategically develop existing data management systems for product and specification data in close coordination with stakeholders from development, manufacturing and IT

independently plan, coordinate and maintain the implementation of adaptations in internal and external software development teams

guarantee the usability of the developed solutions by providing training offers and practical assistance

Present your results in the project team and to the internal customers

You have completed a university degree in the STEM field very well and have gained several years of experience in scientific work, as part of a doctorate

They are versed in structuring and systematizing requirements and capable of understanding and dissolving complex dependencies. Ideally, you could also gain first experience in the analysis and description of technical processes

They bring an affinity to data and software, know each other in dealing with different data types and data formats, know what is sustainable, predictable software, and are at least familiar with the fundamental ideas of modern software development

You have an interest in thinking about real manufacturing processes and their problems and challenges and developing practical solutions in the long term

They show a high degree of self-initiative, self-employment, structured work and solution-oriented pragmatism

You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
