For our training centre in Lüneburg we are looking for a technical trainer for network technology and projects at the earliest possible time. You design and convey specific content of network operation in our training spaces, on the training grounds and in real projects. These include the mediation of network-related relationships (EVU) using modern and varied training methods. You carry out the preparation, implementation and reflection of practical projects and the associated implementation, together with the trainees. You are responsible for the planning and implementation of the technical training of assigned training contents in the field of the electronics company for industrial engineering. Furthermore, your tasks include the development, implementation and optimization of organizational training processes and the independent use of innovative training methods. You accompany the trainees professionally and personally in their development, conduct and evaluate them as part of their training. You are ready to introduce your expertise in the Audit Committee. You have the responsibility for the execution and implementation of work, safety, and environmental protection in the field of tasks. You'll be working with network operators, project partners and trainers from other locations. You consider training as a unit and support where it is necessary.

You have successfully completed a technical training and several years of professional experience in network operation A further training for the technician or master, as well as an instructor's certificate or the preparation of this would be desirable. You have already gained practical experience in electrical engineering and ideally in the operation of power grids (low and medium voltage). “We before me” is self-evident and you support the team that stands for each other and takes responsibility. You are communicative, have a safe and positive appearance. You are passionate about training and your experience in dealing with trainees is the source of energy and inspiration for you. You have empathy in dealing with young people and pedagogical skills as well as didactic and methodological skills. You are an innovative designer who perceives ideas and trends and realizes them in training. Ideally, you bring interest in the implementation of digital learning content. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C2).
