Director Operations & Project Delivery (m/f/d)

You independently take responsibility for the entire operational project execution in Europe.

You continue and develop Project Management, Operational Procurement and Site Management and ensure that You work efficiently and purposefully.

For a high customer satisfaction along the entire operations of the customer journey, you can expect clear structures, transparent communication and reliable project implementation.

You establish clear control mechanisms by introducing central KPIs, such as costs, throughput times, NPS, error rates and utilisation, analyzing and developing them.

You ensure that projects are successfully implemented economically by actively controlling project margins, purchasing conditions and resource capacities.

You develop scalable processes and standards in project management, assembly and operational purchasing. In critical project situations, you take the operational control, prioritize clear and execute projects based on escalations.

Master or Diploma in BWL, International Business or Economic Engineering Multiannual leadership experience (min. 6 years) in an operating, project-driven environment (e.g. construction, mechanical engineering, industrial services or plant engineering) Experience in cost, margin and earnings responsibility Ability to make data-based decisions and manage complex projects while keeping the view for the whole. Experience in handling external service providers and subcontractors Negotiating English as it is our central working and customer language readiness to travel regularly within Europe (about 4–8 days per month) Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking If you don’t think when reading: “A lot of things.”, but: “Just the responsibility I’m looking for.” then we should get to know each other!
