Head of AI Solutions (m/f/d)

In this staff function with a direct line to the CHRO, you take on an entrepreneurial key role with a large design playroom. Together with a small team of AI specialists, data experts and project managers (m/w/d), You are building a group-wide competence center for AI and are thus driving the digital transformation of the entire group of companies significantly. AI strategy & portfolio control: Your responsibilities include the (further) development of the Group-wide AI strategy and the definition of an AI roadmap incl. Priority of use cases, business impact assessment and ROI models. Governance & Compliance: The establishment and further development of a holistic AI governance framework (Policies, Data Privacy, Risk Management, Compliance) is also part of your task. Process optimization: You identify, evaluate and implement AI-based solutions to increase efficiency in end-to-end processes. Innovation & Partnerships: In addition, you control a company-wide AI portfolio including external partnerships (tech provider, consulting, start-ups). Enablement & Community Building: In addition, you are responsible for the further development of an AI community as well as training and enablement programs for employees and executives, so that clear and practical guidelines for the safe use of GenAI in everyday work are ensured and AI becomes a driver for efficiency throughout the company.

You bring a completed study and multiannual experience in the development and implementation of AI strategies, data science or similar technological fields in complex corporate structures, complemented by leadership experience. You have a profound understanding of modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Machine Learning, RPA, NLP and Predictive Analytics and can safely assess their business impact. In the context of data protection, IT security and compliance requirements, you can move safely. Strategic vision with strong operational capacity and the analysis of complex issues as well as the address-oriented preparation for management and works council are your strengths. You convince with strong stakeholder management capabilities, an entrepreneurial way of thinking, high readiness for change and a pronounced hands-on-menality. Negotiating German and English skills complete your profile.
