Project management Support in implementing internal workflows Participation in planning, coordination and follow-up of projects Creation of project plans, reports and presentations Human resources Support in the recruiting process (e.g. job alerts, applicant management) Working with staff administration, including time recording Organisation of training Internal, advisory and support processes Monitoring and optimization of operational processes Participation in data protection and occupational safety Development and support of an AI-based system for the association Support for compliance-relevant processes and implementation of a compliance structure Implementation of the digitalization of processes and workflows in the association

Commercial training with corresponding multiannual experience or comparable study Multiannual experience in an assistance function, ideally focusing on project management, compliance and digitalization Very good organizational skills and independent working Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and common project management software Discretion, reliability and communication strength Good communication skills, good English skills are advantageous Team skills and loyalty
