Head of Guidelines, Processes & Tools (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary responsibility for a dedicated team that creates, implements, and continuously improves guidelines, business processes, tools and systems engineering. You analyze and optimise existing business processes and develop concepts for increasing efficiency and digitization in cooperation with other organizational units – the goal: viable processes with noticeable added value. You define and translate tool requirements, accompany the implementation and ensure the ongoing development of the tools that support our business processes and major projects. You develop and establish guidelines and standards for the overwater area and create the backbone with your team when transferring knowledge from project to project. You work closely with other organizational units to ensure that guidelines and processes meet the actual needs and can be implemented efficiently.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the successful implementation of shipbuilding projects or comparable complex projects. You have extensive experience in managing teams as well as working with internal and external organizational units. You can quickly capture, analyze, and develop targeted solutions. You use this in a comprehensible way and have a pragmatic solution competence. You enjoy teamwork, work structured and consider communication as a key to success. You have very good communication skills in German and English – both in writing and oral. Traveling willingness is of course for you; Visits to partners, suppliers or national/international shipyards are your everyday life.
