Responsibility You lead the cheese counter independently and organize the processes Concept development: You maintain close cooperation with market management and develop common strategies Contact person: Your work area includes the guidance, coordination and support of employees Personnel planning: You plan your staff according to your needs and guide your team

Education: Ideally, you have training for the meat, butcher, cook or comparable Experiences: You have professional and leadership experience in a fish department, operating counter or kitchen Knowledge: You have extensive knowledge of the operating counter Cross entry: Also cross-starters such as chefs are welcome and will be taught by us
