You are responsible for the operation and further development of Modern Client Management with Microsoft Intune including software distribution, patch management, compliance and security policies. You develop endpoint security concepts and implement measures such as hardening, application control and proactive remediation. The administration and optimization of the Microsoft-365 and Terminal Server environment are also part of your task. You independently analyze technical requirements and cross-system problems and develop sustainable solutions. You tax service providers, answer technical aspects in incident and change management and accompany the acquisition of new applications. Together with specialist departments and colleagues, you design operating processes, support the technical process mapping and support structured documentation as well as knowledge transfer.

You have a completed study of computer science, business management or comparable IT specialist training with a corresponding additional qualification. Multiannual experience in the operation and administration of Modern Workplace, Microsoft-365 or Endpoint Management Solutions You have sound knowledge of ITSM processes, monitoring and the management of external service providers. Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and quality-oriented way of working distinguish you. With your communication strength (German knowledge at least C1 level), your organization skills and your team skills, you work successfully with different stakeholders. You are convinced by your own initiative, result orientation and the ability to actively shape changes. The position is assigned to the remuneration group 10 of the remuneration framework agreement for the Bavarian Metal and Electrical Industry (ERA-TV). With full suitability and complete takeover of the work task, the annual gross salary is between €66,000 and €85,000 for a weekly working week of 38 hours, including special tariff payments and other tariff benefits.
