For our MEDIAN Klinik NRZ in Magdeburg we are looking for an experienced manager (m/w/d). In this responsible position, you ensure that our technical processes work smoothly and that our clinic is safe, well maintained and operational at any time.

Professional support, functionality testing and documentation of all technical facilities Organisation and monitoring of construction and renovation measures Maintenance and control of medical technology in cooperation with medical technicians Maintenance and maintenance of external installations and monitoring of waste disposal Responsibility for maintenance and testing intervals according to legal requirements Participation in the internal management system (e.g. quality assurance, occupational safety) Cooperation with internal departments, authorities and external service providers

Complete technical training, ideally with further training to master or technician Leadership experience and a secure feel for team-oriented staff management Organisational skills, economic thinking and a structured way of working Communication strength, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented action Solid IT skills and understanding of technical systems and infrastructures High level of service orientation and self-initiative
