The Baden-Württembergische Landesverband fÃ1⁄4r Prevention und Rehabilitation gGmbH (bwlv) is the carrier of the Inclusion and Integration Services (IFD) Lörrach-Waldshut and on behalf of the Inclusion and Integration Office at the Municipal Association for Youth and Social Baden-Württemberg.

Designing the working world more inclusive To strengthen our team in the inclusion and integration field service, we are looking for Teamleiter (m/w/d) with studies of social work or comparable qualification Place: Lörrach in full time The Inclusion and Integration Service (IFD) is a central point of contact for issues relating to disability and workplace. Based on SGB IX, IFD advises and supports both employees and businesses.

You take over the team management and have over nine employees You represent the specialist service in consultation with the Inclusion and Integration Office and the institution to the outside You accompany people with (heavy) prevention on their way in the general labour market - individual, empathy and sustainable You advise and support employees with disabilities and help them in the long term You advise companies in designing and securing inclusive working conditions You work with schools and workshops for people with disabilities and support the transition to working life You are networking with regional partners, actively shaping cooperation and fostering cooperation with Reha carriers You provide expert opinions and recommend appropriate support measures

Management and communication skills as well as an independent and structured operation Knowledge of social benefit law (especially SGB IX and III) Ability to quickly capture complex situations and provide practical advice Experience in advising people with disabilities is advantageous Safe handling of common IT applications Driving licence class B and, where appropriate, a car for service journeys
