They actively shape change processes, accompany (agile) projects and promote a culture of cooperation, transparency and continuous development. Your tasks at a glance: Supporting teams and executives in change and development processes Design and implementation of suitable (agiler) methods and work structures Presentation of workshops, meetings and team development measures Support in the clarification of roles, responsibilities and objectives Promoting cooperation and team-internal communication Impetus for sustainable change processes and solution-oriented work Participation in the implementation of an empirical, iterative approach They work flexibly – digital, mobile or on site – and are a trusted, competent person at eye level, which allows and co-designs change.

A completed study in social sciences, economic psychology, organisational development or a comparable field Ideally an additional qualification in facilitation or agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking), systemic advice or coaching Experience in supporting teams, executives or organisational units in change or development processes Deep understanding of group dynamic processes, organisational development and agile thinking and working methods Process-oriented design of change processes and methodological competence in the design and moderation of workshops, meetings and team developments Communication strength, empathy and the ability to build trust and to process conflicts constructively Ability to quickly capture complex relationships and to convey them clearly Self-employed, structured work and organisational skills Safe handling of digital tools for communication and cooperation (e.g. MS Office, Zoom, factro or A.)
