As an area manager, you are responsible for three groups and a cross-sectional theme and take over the educational, human and financial organization (budget and occupancy), coordination and control for family-analogous offers and housing groups. Together with your team of department management colleagues as well as the overall management, you are continuously developing your range of services. For your groups, you take the targeted staff management and personnel development. For the children and young people in your groups, you are responsible for the case- and result-oriented management of the key educational processes and accompany them in their development in compliance with the custody and the system of origin. With a view to your area, you implement the individual components of the protection concept responsibly and you are committed to the implementation of child protection and care protection. You work constructively with a variety of youth offices and cooperation partners. Together with your management team, you will check the technical quality and the standards for stationary offers and develop them further. You participate in the educational and strategic development of the entire institution.
