Telephone customer contact as well as correspondence via e-mail for queries regarding orders, complaints, payments etc. Support of our customers: in case of problem solving and questioning of any kind You’ll start reporting to develop measures that optimise our service and customer experience

(running) studies, e.g. with a commercial focus, and ideally first relevant professional experience in customer service Very good communication skills as well as a serious and friendly appearance A quick understanding, team spirit and the ability to work independently and reliably Safe handling of MS-Office as well as reliable German language skills (C2) in word and writing
