The Ev.-Luth. The St. Gertrud children's daycare centre, located close to the city park, is a two-group facility in which 30 children aged 1-6 are cared for in a crib and elementary group.

The carrier:

Kitawerk (Ev.-Luth. Lübeck gGmbH) is a subsidiary of the Lübeck municipality and with 36 evangelical daycare facilities as well as a family center Lübeck's largest Kita-carrier. A cooperation project in the field of day care and an in-house team for early promotion supplement the educational offers. All employees in the children's daycare centers work in a mandatory manner according to the cross-carrier protection concept against physical and psychological violence.

Your tasks include:

• Development of children aged 1-6 with resource-oriented views

• Design of educational offers derived from the observation and documentation of child strengths and interests

• integrated and child-oriented religious education

• evaluating and professional cooperation with parents

• Commitment to the implementation and further development of the concept
