Management of buildings and building infrastructure Commercial support of the real estate of the branch Planning, tendering and billing of construction and maintenance measures including cost estimation Implementation of procurement in object management Implementation of reporting

A successfully completed university degree in the field of facility / real estate management, a completed commercial training as a real estate businessman, office businessman, industrial calibre (w/m/d) in connection with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification or professional experience, equivalent knowledge and skills Knowledge of house and property management as well as relevant legal provisions and regulations Knowledge of building contract law Secure handling of SAP Class B driving licence German language skills That would be desirable: Secure MS Office knowledge and willingness to work into new computer applications Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness
