Your tasks...

• Welding and grinding of complex stainless steel structures Full material (approx. 20mm)
• welding of frames, pipes and sheet metal constructions
• grinding and surface finish
• You direct stainless steel pipes according to specifications (3D drawings) before, stitch and weld them.
• They mainly work in the WIG welding process (hand welding) on pipelines for pharmaceutical plants.
• In addition to pipeline construction, you can mount mechanical assemblies such as Holders and valves.

Your profile...

• they have completed training in a metal design, ideal as a plant mechanic, Mechanical engineer or industrial mechanic.
• In addition, you have experience in WIG welding of pipelines or thin-walled stainless steel constructions, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment
• Good knowledge of drawings
• Valid welding products according to ISO 9606-1 and FM5 in the range T(Rohr)=PH-L045 (Steigend) and P(Blech)= PB (horizontal) Required
• Low welding pass (WIG welding)
• Teamability, reliability, structured and independent work
• good knowledge of German
• Multiannual professional experience in similar function
