Outbound acquisitions of projects and new customers (network operators, energy suppliers, industry) Analysis of customer needs: What services are needed? What role do we take? Presentation of our portfolio (project management & client representation) and appropriate expert profiles Controlling the supply process (records, profiles, votes, follow-ups) Coordination of project start-up to commissioning and start-up Market observation: What projects are going on? Where are bottlenecks created? Where can we support?

First experience in project sales / Business Development / Personalberatung / B2B service (1–3 years) Very good appearance on the phone and in conversations – you can build trust You work structured, stay tuned and consistently guide topics to results Interest in energy and industrial projects and in technical contexts
