Internal service (60%) and external service (40%): Independent planning, organisation and implementation, including holistic advice, of customer visits in the Mecklenburg sales area Active support and further development of the existing customer base from the determination of demand through presentations to contract and price negotiations Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments including documentation in the CRM system Analysis of customer and market developments and derivation of appropriate sales measures Proactive new customer acquisition and expansion of existing business relationships in the field of forwarding and logistics Active support of tenders and coordination with relevant internal specialist departments Creation, calculation and tracking of offers as well as maintenance of price and contract data Presentation of DACHSER at customer events, trade fairs and sales events and participation in sales projects Close cooperation with interior services in Schönefeld, processing and other interfaces of Schönefeld and Stavenhagen branches

Completed commercial or logistical training (e.g. merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services) or comparable qualification Experience in the forwarding environment and in the B2B distribution or in customer support is absolutely necessary Good market and industry knowledge in forwarding/logistics are advantageous Embossed communicative emotion, negotiation security and customer orientation Self-employed, structured and entrepreneurial work Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems Very good and reliable knowledge of German in word and writing at least. C2 Good knowledge of English driving licence class B
