Your area of responsibility: Implementation of the preparatory planning of new and large-scale maintenance measures and general modernization projects Tuning the planning with the architects and specialist engineers Calculation of construction costs Tracking structures and liquidity Creating construction schedules Creating tender documents (performance directories, etc.) Evaluation of the offers and creation of awards for the approval by the Management Board Implementation of award negotiations Preparing architectural and engineering contracts Performance of events in the context of the tenant information Construction management (departure, maintenance, new building) Monitoring the contractually fixed completion and transfer periods Quality control of business services Deficiencies in Planradar Implementation of partial and final withdrawals Technical and computational audit of invoices (default and final invoices) Control of construction costs Checking the elimination of defects Processing of warranty claims

Your personal requirements For this responsible position you have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable. After your studies, you have already been able to gain some years of experience as a project manager. In addition to your very good expertise, you are characterized by independent, conscientious and structured working methods, organizational skills, care, confidentiality and team skills.
