In this position, you are the first contact partner to support our customers in all technical issues relating to our fire protection systems. You create offers and take over the preparation of work, such as the release of material orders via SAP. In addition, coordinate users and order work platforms. You ensure that the material is in the right place at the right time, adjust working times and provide the billing of the articles carefully. In addition, take over the operational planning, take emergency services requests and arrange malfunctions. Together with the service master, you can schedule maintenance and keep in mind all deadlines. The continuous maintenance and updating of project and customer master data completes your extensive task area.
