For our personnel and business development department, we are looking for a referent staff support and principle (w/m/d) in full time at the next time.

What tasks await

• Processing of basic topics for the Human Resources Department
• designing innovative concepts of personal care and further development of existing instruments
• Processing, coordination and control of various personnel projects in close cooperation with the Department of Human Resources and other areas of our house
• Creating convincing presentations for our stakeholders
• Operational and tariff implementation of personnel-relevant tasks
• Conception and further development of Employer-Branding measures as well as further instruments of employee retention
• Active participation in the continuous improvement and digital development of personnel processes
• Support for the area, personnel and company development, in its operational and strategic development

What you can do

• You have a completed economic study (Bachelor, farmer or comparable - ideally with a focus on staff)
• You have gained interest in human resources and have already gained experience or contact points with the subject area staff
• They possess strong strategic-conceptual competencies and bring a professional and solution-oriented working with
• You are safe in your appearance and communication
• We require a secure handling of MS Office applications and a high digital affinity

An occupation in parttime (e.g. in job sharing) is possible in principle.
