Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Development of local and global guidelines and procedures in German and English, as required Promoting unity, knowledge sharing and best practice implementation at all global locations Monitoring audit planning, termination, implementation and conclusion to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer and external audit requirements Participation in and moderation of 8D and Root Cause Analysis activities, including the timely implementation of all measures and the effective dissemination of Lessons Learned Management of digital document steering systems Promoting global quality standards, including the management of NCR/Near warnings, the creation of Quality Alerts, the standardization of KPI reporting, the monitoring of contract reviews, the management of the Global Quality Committee, and ensuring a consistent customer satisfaction measurement program

Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in a comparable quality function Knowledge and experience in quality management practices (e.g. ISO 9001) and in dealing with an ERP system (or a similar system) Experience with the 8D investigation methodology and root Cause Analysis Technical or process-related knowledge of sub-fab activities in the semiconductor industry is advantageous Ability to create detailed SOPs, flow charts, presentations, as well as presentation in front of different target groups Flowing English and German skills readiness to travel 25–50 %
