You actively work on digitization projects – from the first idea to the final evaluation You analyze existing processes, optimize them with digital tools and ensure their quality and stability You support the introduction of new IT systems and accompany change processes with a view to user perspective You advise and train users (m/w/d) on digital applications and IT solutions You create understandable documentation, guides and presentations for different target groups You work closely with internal departments and external partners to develop and successfully implement digital solutions
