Our approximately 10,000 employees at more than 150 locations in the regions northeast and northwest (Bezirke Berlin, Dresden-Görlitz, Hamburg, Hildesheim, Magdeburg, Oldenburg, Osnabrück and Erfurt) are centrally supervised by the personnel department of the regional office in Lohne. We continue to grow – that is why we are looking for reinforcement by experienced employees in the field of digitalization & IT in unlimited full or part-time employment (up to 39 hours/where).

You actively work on digitization projects – from the first idea to the final evaluation You analyze existing processes, optimize them with digital tools and ensure their quality and stability You support the introduction of new IT systems and accompany change processes with a view to user perspective You advise and train users (m/w/d) on digital applications and IT solutions You create understandable documentation, guides and presentations for different target groups You work closely with internal departments and external partners to develop and successfully implement digital solutions

A completed vocational training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Systemmanagement or Digitization Management, IT system businessman/-frau, etc.) and/or a completed study (e.g. (economic) informatics, digitization, IT management, etc.) First practical professional experience in the implementation of digitalization or IT projects, ideally in the social, non-profit or ecclesiastical environment Understanding digital processes and IT systems – and how to use them meaningfully in organizations Analytical thinking, conceptual strength and a structured, solution-oriented working method Communication skills and joy in cooperation with various departments and user groups Own initiative, sense of responsibility and real team spirit A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
