Total support for cross-border employees Communication with key stakeholders (global executives and employees) Development and optimization of intra-company mailing lines (Short Term, Long Term, Borders) together with the external tax provider Developing national and international tax themes together with the external tax provider Improving Global Mobility Processes Proactive taxes on dispatch-related periods (e.g. visa, duration of foreign operations and their consequences) Coordination of dispatch taking into account social insurance, labour and tax aspects Interface to Corporate Tax and Payroll as well as international HR colleagues correspondence with internal and external partners, e.g. authorities, consulates, messages and tax providers

Successfully completed studies in economics, preferably focusing on international human resources management, taxes, financial accounting or similar qualifications Knowledge of social legislation and tax law in the international context Multiannual experience in the field of international shipments or Global Mobility Embossed project understanding Reliable working style and team skills Good analytical ability, strong consulting skills and self-initiative Experienced handling of the MS Office package Very good English skills in word and writing
