To continue our international success story, we are now looking for an ERP manager (m/w/d). Someone like you, who develops our ERP system landscape with expertise, accompanies international rollouts and optimizes processes together with the departments. You support our key users, train employees and ensure a safe and efficient handling of the system.

With your sense of data, your structured way of working and your view for practical solutions, you actively shape MARTOR's digital development – and humanise our team.

ERP System Care & Development: You are responsible for the further development and optimization of our ERP system landscape (Proalpha) as well as the adjacent tools. In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you implement new modules and functions and coordinate updates, extensions and communication with external service providers. Internationalization: You accompany the international introduction of the ERP system in our companies Martor UK, France and USA. You coordinate country-specific requirements, support the harmonisation of global processes and, together with the local teams, ensure successful implementation. Key User Representation & Training: You are the central contact for our key users, accompany them in the day-to-day business and is responsible for the training of employees in handling the ERP system – so that all users can work safely and efficiently. Data management: You monitor the company's data systems, make sure that all data is ordered and stored in a Master Data Management (MDM). You develop concepts for the sustainable efficiency enhancement of our database structures. Project work & requirement management: You actively participate in ERP-related projects – for example in version upgrades – and bundle the requirements of the various departments to implement them in a structured and targeted manner.

Training & professional experience: You have a completed vocational training or a study in the IT field and brings several years of professional experience in a comparable position – ideally from an industrial company. ERP- & Database Knowledge: You have good knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Proalpha desirable), have gained experience in data management and know you in database technology. Analysis & mode of operation: Your analytical thinking skills, your structured working methods and your problem-solving competence characterize you – you systematically address challenges and keep an overview even in complex situations. Team spirit & communication: team skills, communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation are a matter of course for you. First experiences in project management and process optimization are a plus.
