Kitchen aid (m/w/d)

Your main tasks:

Together with another kitchen power, you will ensure that the lunch service runs smoothly for the pupils and the day care facilities to be provided.

Your tasks include:

• Acceptance and control of delivered goods and food

• Picking of finished meals

• Heating and preparation of food

• Issue of lunch

• Supply of two other day care facilities with the prepared meals

• flushing and clean-up

• Cleaning work in the kitchen and dining area

• Compliance with applicable hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

• Participation in regular hygiene training

• Participation in team meetings

• General support for daily work in the kitchen and dining room

Important: The dishes are delivered. Preparation or cooking of meals is therefore not necessary. On site, the dishes are mainly commissioned, heated and output.

The working hours are usually between 09:30 and 14:30.

The activity is carried out in the team with another kitchen power, so that the tasks arising are jointly organized and managed.

Your profile:

• Pleasure to work in the kitchen and catering area

• Reliability, Responsibility and Teamability

• Careful and hygienic operation

• Friendly and value-adding handling of children and colleagues

• Ready to participate in hygiene training and team meetings

• willingness to work into daily processes

• Experience in the kitchen or gastronomy area is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
