Development and development of company-wide process standards mainly for laboratory activities Analysis of existing processes in terms of efficiency, quality and standardization potential Creation and maintenance of process documentation, guidelines and work instructions Close cooperation with specialist departments for the harmonisation and standardization of processes Support in introducing new standards and monitoring of change processes Implementation of training and workshops to provide process standards Monitoring and reporting for compliance with defined standards

You have completed university studies (e.g. natural sciences) or comparable training (e.g. MT/BTA) Knowledge of Lean Management (e.g. 5S) is advantageous Regular travel activities do not pose a problem for you Experience in process management or standardization of business processes Analytical thinking, structured working and high communication skills Teamability and enforcement
