As a member of the international HLB network, we offer tax advice, legal advice and audit beyond national borders. You accept complaint orders and process them, independently create drafts of documents, contracts, power of attorneys, affidavits, certifications etc You communicate directly with Mandant:inside and maintain these, lead correspondence and telephone calls with Mandant:inside, courts, authorities and banks You prepare meetings and appointments and monitor time recording You take responsibility through the independent production of fonts by dictate or Revision of fonts after recording by voice recognition, create bills and monitor all dates and deadlines independently You live collegiality through mutual support in our assistance team

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship (m/w/d) or a comparable training and already have at least 2 years of experience from the Notariat You are kind to meet colleagues, superiors and clients: You convince with very good organizational skills, coupled with a careful and conscientious way of working, and have excellent oral and written expressiveness You have fun working with Mandant:inside and the willingness to get active as a person You value teamwork and cohesion as living principles
