Assistant (m/w/d) of the Technical Directorate Opernhaus, from 01.10.2025 or at the next time (reference number 1396-2) We are about 1,400 employees from more than 50 nations and with the opera, ballet and acting divisions the largest three-species theatre in Europe. With about 1,000 performances per year we reach around 500,000 spectators. Support for technical management in the technical and administrative field Preparation, organisation and handling of guest games in cooperation with technical departments Planning and coordination of special events in technical terms Communication with the competent authorities in case of authorised operations Close cooperation with the directors of technical departments and the artistic office Supporting projects in the context of the organisational development of the Württembergische Staatstheater Stuttgart Support for user needs planning of refurbishment projects in the technical field Technical documentation of playgrounds

Successful completion of a technical study, such as, for example, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Theater- und Veranstaltungstechnik, Architecture, B.A. in Theatertechnik or a study with a comparable subject or master training in the field of event technology Professional experience in a theatre or event operation in the technical and organizational field is desirable Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD Organisational and MRP skills Contact joy and flexible, open and communicative behavior Self-responsibility and self-responsibility A high level of artistic empathy High readiness, resilience and flexibility as well as willingness to work in the usual theatre
