With the dual BWL Bank study programme, we are preparing you for an exciting career start in the digitized and globalized financial world. Your program includes: 6 semesters at the Dual University of Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Mannheim Practical assignments in various areas of the bank, focusing on our location in Düsseldorf Cooperation in payment, credit, capital market and business Comprehensive knowledge in BWL, VWL, Mathematics and Law Products and processes in modern banking Insights into digital finance and credit and securities business Basics of scientific work In the course of your dual study, you will encounter many different disciplines in our home. A lot of doors are open to you with your generalistic conclusion in your pocket.

We appreciate your commitment so you start directly with an attractive training allowance: €1,244 in the first year, €1,316 in the second year, €1,448 in the third year. On top there is a 13th and 14th monthly salary and holiday allowance. Speaking of holiday: 30 days a year, you can relax and create new impressions – and you can look into the future thanks to an occupational pension scheme. You don't have to worry about the tuition fees, we take them completely for you. To make sure you get good, we will take over the costs of the German ticket for you or you will receive a cost grant of € 588 per year. You may also expect a living allowance of €200 per month and we also participate in your learning materials with a one-time learning allowance of € 160.
