Complete university studies or equivalent training with a focus on administration or educational management Deep professional and management experience Safe handling of UNTIS, SWOP and MS teams as well as office products in general Very good knowledge of German and English Experience in school organization desirable Good knowledge of the Berlin School Act or the readiness to work intensively Impressed communication strength, team capacity and natural authority High social competence and commitment
