Start with us as a social assistant or social pedagogical assistant to support kindergartens and cribs in the Neustadt am Rübenberge area in full or part time.

Your tasks as a social pedagogue:

• They design the daily structure and promote the development of the independence of children
• They provide and advise in conflict and change situations
• You plan and guide group-related offers: language education, sports, dancing
• You document educational processes
• They enable trusted cooperation with parents/authorities

• A completed vocational training on social assistants, social pedagogical assistants or a comparable qualification
• A high level of empathy for the needs of children
• Interpersonality, tolerance and understanding
• flexibility in working hours in the morning and afternoon areas

• Driving class B and car desirable
