They professionally and independently maintain a larger inventory of residential properties You are a competent contact person for the asset managers / tenants They regularly carry out pre-emptions, withdrawals and transfers of rental units They control and coordinate external technical craft firms and infrastructural service companies You are looking forward to more varied projects

You have a successfully completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or training/study in the real estate sector (or comparable qualification) You have relevant professional experience in real estate care and sound knowledge in rental law They are IT-affin and routined in dealing with MS-Office You have a pronounced self-motivation, are structured and reliable, your way of working is characterized by high organisational skills and team spirit They are contactful and love work with people They are strong and binding You have a class B driving licence
