Funded training: You have a completed commercial training with a focus on finance or an economic study. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a medium-sized or international company. Additional qualification: A further development to the account holder (IHK) is advantageous, but no need. Competence: You know how to create monthly and annual accounts according to HGB. Accounting know-how: Debitor, creditor, asset and main accounting are not a new country for you. Internationality: First contact points with IFRS or international corporate structures are desirable. Own responsibility: You work structured, independent and reliable. Design willingness: You’re questioning existing processes and actively introducing suggestions for improvement.
